We will process your request or complaint within 30 days. If there are multiple requests/complaints or your request/complaint is complex, this may take a little longer. If that is the case, we will contact you within 60 days.
We may ask you to identify yourself. When this happens, we will request information from you to ensure that you are the correct person to whom the personal data belongs.
